About the Event

Mercy College hosted its first Virtual Trustees’ Scholarship Event on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 honoring Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Irene Buckley, Inaugural CNR Legacy Award recipient Marlene Melone Tutera SAS '71, Community Leadership Award recipients Lessing's Food Service Management and SL Green Realty Corp. and Student Achievement Award recipient Samuel Acheampong '20.

The event showcased the power of education, perseverance and leadership and raised more than $300,000 for the Trustees’ Scholarship Fund and Student Emergency Fund that provide needed scholarships to Mercy’s most deserving students.
